As a designer I have great pleasure in creating beautiful things working together with you to make your special day all you want it to be. I have been trading for over 10 years and have always treated my brides fairly and honestly but the following conditions have to be in place. Thank you Zoe

Tiaras and Jewellery

I use Sterling silver, gold and silver plated wires and Swarovski crystals, Swarovski Pearls and Faux Pearls in tiaras unless otherwise stated. Jewellery fittings are sterling Silver or 14kt yellow gold filled I do not use any plated fittings on any Jewellery. any wire used will be Sterling silver, gold or silver plated or Tiger tail which is a flexible coated wire unless otherwise stated. Please note if you would like real diamands instead of diamante please contact me for further information and pricing.

Colour Matching

Every effort has been made to show the true colours of all crystals, pearls, diamante and feathers etc. due to the manufacturing of these items the colours may differ slightly with each batch It is STRONGLY advisable to send me a tiny swatch of fabric or a button or ribbon that is the same as the colour you want. Please request a colour matching form that you complete and return with your swatch. Any buttons/swatches will be returned with your order.

Payment Information

I accept all major debit and credit cards.
The PayPal Secure Online Gateway processes our Payments, but you do not need to join PayPal to pay by Credit or Debit Card. I will accept cheque's/ postal orders, made payable to ELEMENTS OF EARTH. Please complete the online order where you will be given options of the payment. Choose the CHEQUE option, print your order form and send with your cheque/postal order to the address on the form. Upon clearance of cheque your order will be made and despatched. I will send an email to confirm receipt of your cheque and the expected delivery date. Also Bank Transfers please follow through directions at checkout. Please make sure you quote your customer/order number so I can trace your payment and order. Upon receipt of your bank transfer I will email to confirm receipt.

Delivery Charges

You will be pleased to know that delivery is FREE so the price you see is the price you pay, no extra cost at the end of your bill as long as your order is in the UK. All Items are sent Via Royal Mail special delivery and will need to be signed for. If you are not home then the Item will be collectable from the post office and a card will be left instructing you how to collect it. Eire & Europe £10.00 per Item (sent by Royal Mail Air Sure - priority handling and will require signature on arrival) International £12.00 per Item (sent by Royal Mail Air-Sure priority handling and will require a signature on arrival)

Returns and Refunds

If in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact me within one day of receipt Your items are made to order I will offer a full refund minus P+P and 35% labour costs for each item returned. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the items. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging within seven days. Returns received after the seven day period will be deemed as your property and returned to you. On bespoke items where we have agreed on an individual design and a contract signed, refunds will not be given but if in the unlikely event of a fault in production I will accept the item back for repair and return it to you at no further cost to you as long as the item is again unused and you contact me within two days of receipt. Due to health and hygiene laws I cannot accept earrings back so unfortunately if they belong to a set then the set cannot be returned unless faulty where it will be repaired and returned to you. I will not refund any items that have been used or returned after your wedding /special occasion date. I have the right to refuse any items refunds if I suspect that my returns policy is being abused. If in the unlikely event that you receive your items in a damaged condition please phone me immediately so I can arrange returns and replacement and refund any postal return costs to you. It is most important that you return any items back to me by special delivery as any items damaged in transit will receive no refund.
