- I have a really unusual colour fabric and I cant see a crystal that matches the colour what can I do?
As a designer my aim is to source out the right colours send me a swatch of fabric or a button and I will send you sample beads for you to make the final choice. and your sample button will be returned to you.
- I have ordered a tiara from you but I forgot that I need my tiara for my hairdressing appointment, what should I do?
Let me know straight away and if I can complete your order sooner I will.
- The tiara I like on your site is just what I wanted but it is too high/small can I have it made to the size I want?
Yes email or ring me and I will send you a special form to complete and then it will be made to your requirements.
- My fiancee and I have decided to get married quite soon will I be able to get my tiara made quickly?
Always phone or email me before ordering so I can give you an exact delivery date.
- I am having my wedding dress made and I wanted to use the same crystals on my dress as well as my tiara, can I purchase the crystal from you?
I am more than happy for brides to order crystals from me and am happy to contact your dress designer if needed.
- I want to order one of your fascinators/combs or an off centre tiara can I choose which side of my head it can be worn?
Yes this is really important as most of us prefer to wear things on our best side! Again phone or email me and I will send you a form to complete.
- When I ordered my wedding gown I got a little dolly bag with it, will you bead it with the same crystals as my tiara?
I am more than happy to bead bags to match your tiara, price on application.
- I am having a themed wedding and I want something designing can you do that?
Designing is what I do best and I love a challenge, Phone or email me then we can run through your Ideas.
- I have seen a tiara I really like by another designer will you copy it for me?
I will never copy another designers work, but if you have a design of your own that you would like me to make that is fine.
- I have a jewellery set with beads/crystals can you make my tiara from them?
This is possible see my Heirloom page, as long as I can take the jewellery apart it can be remade into a tiara, please phone or email me first.
